Shipping Policy

How we would like you to ship to Northwest Pen Works :
|
|
-- Please DO NOT ship pens in padded envelopes. Use a small box and tape it up
well. Make sure corners are secure.
-- Do not send money with pen. We'll settle up after the repairs are complete.
-- Insure the pen for full replacement value (if you are not sure what the value is, let
us know. We'll hlep you out). Send pen via a carrier that lets you track the delivery. (ie: UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Services, etc.).
-- Please do not ship pens without letting us know first. We would like to keep our
eyes open for it and confirm receipt with you. |

When Northwest Pen Works Ships To You:

-- Should your pen(s) come in the original box, pens will be shipped that way.
All pen(s) will be well-packed to prevent damage.
-- We ship everything United States Postal Service via Priority mail and insured. We
will ship via FEDEX or UPS at your request and at your cost.
-- We will waive insurance at your request.
-- We will always let you know when you have something in the mail coming to you
so you can track it. Please let us know when it arrives via e-mail or E-Bay feedback when appropriate.
-- Our scheduled shipping days vary, usually once to twice a week is the norm,
depending on how many pens need to be shipped. |

-- Empty any ink from pen - do not worry about cleaning the pen -
leave that to us. |

-- Wrap pen in something that will protect it like bubble wrap; OR use a crush
proof shipping tube by |
|
Either way, plan for the unexpected during shipping.
